Well, it took me 4 years to make this video. I am not kidding. The trip to Osaka and Hiroshima with Tatsui, back when she was still my girlfriend, to eat some pancakes happened half a year before the pandemic hit. There is no doubt that this was an incredibly fun adventure and I am stoked I was finally able to finish it.

In short, there is a savory kind of pancake in Japan called Okonomiyaki which translates roughly to “How You Like to Eat It”. There are two distinct styles of Okonomiyaki that are famous in Japan, one local to Osaka and the other local to Hiroshima. In this video we make a round trip as broke college students to be able to try the deliciousness of both. And to find out which one was better, make sure to watch the video 😉.
