Just a few short days before leaving Japan, Tatsui and I made our way to Himi. This is a rather small and remote place within Toyama prefecture. However, it is close to one of the major fishing spots in the region and as such the place has an incredible Sushi fishing industry that feeds a surprising amount of mouths in Japan. Join us in our adventure to the countryside of the countryside (aka the level 2 countryside) of Japan and see what this place and the sushi directly from the source is like.
