After 4 years away from Japan, it was finally time for us to return. After this much time has passed, just looking at concrete made me all giddy. Literally, I am not kidding. The fantastic high-rises in Tokyo are a huge change in scenery to me when coming from Europe, especially as it must have been an incredible amount of hard work to build those. I know, I am as surprised as you are that I enjoy buildings as much as I do.

But there is more to this video than just the buildings. We also went to Ueno Zoo, checked out Sunshine City in Ikebukuro, visited the nightlife district of Ameyoko and the sacred temple site of Asakusa.
