I bet your mother is a very responsible person. And I also bet that your mother has probably told you to never ever follow a stranger. However, I also think that your mother has likely never been to Japan where it is perfectly safe to follow strangers (bar some few exceptions).

And this is exactly what we did. Tatsui and I had some time to spare and followed a stranger who promised us not only breathtaking views in Onomichi, but also a bunch of candy afterwards. So we hopped into a taxi with him and then embarked on an adventure that ended up one of the most beautiful ever. And why we cherished that adventure so much?
